DC Assure™ – Health Monitoring
DC Assure™ is a robust health monitoring service designed to ensure the operational readiness of your equipment by providing continuous oversight of hardware and operating system health.
Running on both Windows and Linux-based Dedicated Computing hardware, DC Assure™ collects and displays critical system data in a user-friendly web interface, making it easier to assess the performance and reliability of your computing infrastructure. The service also includes comprehensive logging features for efficient post-event diagnostics and troubleshooting.

DC Assure™
Preventative Services
Monitored DC System:
- Equipped with remote monitoring agent software that sends telemetry data to the DC Assure™
server periodically - Remote monitoring agent is a single direction, passive agent that sends data but does not push data or commands to the monitored DC systems
- Telemetry data is not stored on monitored DC Systems
DC Assure™ Appliance:
- Captures the telemetry data reported by the remote monitoring agent and stores it locally
- Drives the user interface/client data
- Organizes and stores the data in a database access via REST API for interface options
DC Assure™ Client:
- Web browser that provides the credentialed access user management capability to the collected telemetry data in a graphical format
- Allows user to define specific telemetry data to display as well as define indication thresholds from detailed sensor data from monitored DC Systems
- Provides a high-level view of all nodes being monitored and allows users to create monitored DC System groupings, allowing access to and ability to adjust network information
